LEGAL TERMS

Cancellation Policy, Terms & Permission to Email

By purchasing a pass to the LAWIT LEGAL SUMMIT - CHASING DRAGONGS- you are agreeing to our Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”). You may cancel your individual pass by notifying us by WhatsApp message to: 55 356 70 150 before March 1st. 2023 Cancellations prior to these dates will be refunded in full. Cancellations will not be process from March 2nd, 2023 and onwards but transferring your registration to another person can we processed and approved by prior notification request sent to our WhatsApp number: 55 356 70 150, only before March 10th, 2023.

Lawgistic ltd.co, LAWIT GROUP (We/Us), and our partners, reserve the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this Policy or the LAWIT LEGAL SUMMIT program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker. Substitutions or changes after the March 1st, 2023 individual pass cancellation deadline will not be considered a valid reason to request refunds.
We, in our discretion, and without any liability or obligation to refund, reserve the right to refuse participation to or to remove access to the event for participants that we determine are in violation of our Code of Conduct.

By registering for the LAWIT LEGAL SUMMIT, you agree to receive email notifications regarding this event in particular as well as communications associated with products and services of our partners and sponsors. At any time, a recipient can remove themselves from receiving such communications by employing the “unsubscribe” functionality in any email received.

We will use your personal information, such as email address, cell phone and contact information, as necessary to run the conference, such as to register attendees, issue tickets, facilitate information sharing with partners with whom you have consented for us to share information, and provide you with relevant connections and content during the conference based on this information and your use of the virtual event platform. At no time will we sell your personal information.

LAWGISTIC LTD. CO and LAWIT GROUP ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR THE ACTS OF ITS SUPPLIERS NOR FOR THE ACTS OF LAWIT LEGAL SUMMIT PARTICIPANTS. OUT TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE LAWIT LEGAL SUMMIT WILL BE LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE APPLICABLE INDIVIDUAL PASS. PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE KNOWINGLY ASSUMED ANY RISKS FROM ATTENDING THE LAWIT LEGAL SUMMIT.

All intellectual property rights, the content, services, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the LAWIT LEGAL SUMMIT are owned by Lawgistic Ltd Co, and our companies/affiliates, and/or the participating sponsors or speakers. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, license, perform, publish, create derivative works from or use for any reason. You acknowledge and agree that views expressed by speakers at or in connection with the LAWIT LEGAL SUMMIT are their own and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any advice given or views expressed during or in connection with the event. Copying or distributing any part of the event websites in any medium without our prior written consent; and modifying, creating derivative works or copying or storing any significant portion of the website or event or any related technology (unless allowed by law) is prohibited.

The LAWIT LEGAL SUMMIT and related services may contain links to third parties and to contributions uploaded by participants, including videos, images, descriptions, links and other content. We are not responsible or liable to these third-party sites, and you should review any terms and conditions when entering those sites or viewing their content.

Sessions may be audio recorded without special permission. They may be placed online or transmitted to others without permission. Short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of sessions.
